Access OptionsThis 20.5 hour course is a compilation of the second season of “Live With Gil,” a series of 12 episodes of roughly ninety minutes each. In these live video calls, Gil addresses and discusses topics of interest ranging over issues of anatomical import to life in general, sometimes with the company of special guests who are luminaries and experts in their respective bodywork or movement field. Each session ends with an interactive Q&A, in which the community shares questions, insights, and reflections.
