In our 2-day intensive, Gil will personally dissect the form with a few select assistants while participants observe, permitting an accelerated learning environment. In a 6 or 10 day dissection experience, groups of 6-7 participants per donor form dissect the form themselves layer-by-layer each day, a journey that is undertaken with both reverence and excitement for the great gift of learning. We create an environment of teamwork, enthusiasm, and excitement, while intending to bring what we discover to the world; faculty bring their experience to create a space that affords an opportunity to learn at many levels.

July 13-18: 6 Day Unfixed
The 6-Day Intensive Hands-On Human Dissection Workshop is the tried-and-true, time-tested original program taken by thousands of courageous somanauts over the last 30+ years. This is the unfixed (preserved only by refrigeration) version of that course, which offers additional insights into the movement of textural layers though some features are less available for study (such as the central nervous system). Through hands-on dissection, you will work for six days dropping through the textural layers of an unfixed form with a group of peers. We will work carefully with skin, superficial fascia/adipose, perifascia, deep fascia, muscle tissues, viscera and bone. This is an unparalleled opportunity to study with Gil in the lab for a whole week!

July 25-26: Two Day Intensive Integral Anatomy Dissection Presentation
In this workshop, Gil offers participants an intensive dive into integral anatomy through the real-time dissection of a previously un-dissected fixed whole donor form. Gil will teach while dissecting, giving you the chance to learn without the pressure of having to also dissect. Gil will have his select expert team with him to accelerate the dissection process and maximize the view-points for the attendees. Participants will be able to touch and ask questions along the way; this is a fully immersive and transformational experience that will bring your perception, touch and understanding to a whole new level.

September 29-October 4, 2026: 6 Day Fixed
The 6-Day Intensive Hands-On Human Dissection Workshop (fixed) is the tried-and-true, time-tested original program taken by thousands of courageous somanauts over the last 30+ years. Through hands-on dissection, you will work for six days dropping through the textural layers of a fixed form with a group of peers. We will work carefully with skin, superficial fascia/adipose, perifascia, deep fascia, muscle tissues, viscera and bone, as well as dissect the central nervous system, which is one of the important advantages of working with the fixed forms. Working with fixed tissue enables one to experience with clarity the actual shape of the muscles and organs as they are revealed and differentiated. Fixed tissue also offers a greater ease in exploring the glands, viscera, muscle tissue, central nervous system (including the brain), and the pars intima. This is an unparalleled opportunity to study with Gil in the lab for a whole week!

October 19-29, 2026: 6+4 Day Fixed with Bone Tree focus
This 6+4 day, fixed program is comprised of two parts. The first 6 days (October 19-24) are a soft-tissue immersion, where you will work through the textural layers of a fixed form as we do in the regular 6-Day course. Then we have a well-earned day off on October 25.
This is followed by a 4-day extended study session (October 26-29) to skeletonize the forms and study the ligaments, movable bony articulations, and comparative skeletal morphology. This is an unparalleled opportunity to study with Gil in the lab for ten very full days!
