In these live video calls, Gil addresses and discusses topics of interest ranging over issues of anatomical import to life in general, sometimes with the company of special guests who are luminaries and experts in their respective bodywork or movement field. Each session ends with an interactive Q&A, in which the community shares questions, insights, and reflections.
